The lead guest must be aged 23 years or older. The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.

Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted. Guests will be charged if the maximum occupancy for the apartment is exceeded without prior authorisation from the property.

Cleaning, linen and towels are provided free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available for an additional fee.

Early and late check-in can be arranged, subject to availability for an extra charge of GBP 30 between 18:00 and 21:00 and GBP 50 between 21:00 and 23:00.

If you expect to arrive after 23:00 please notify the property prior to arrival. This can be noted in the Special Request box when making your booking.

The property operates a meet and greet check-in policy, so please inform the property of your expected arrival time at least 24-hours prior to arrival. For same day bookings, please inform the property at least 2 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do this may mean having to wait to gain access while a member of staff travels to meet you.

A security deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please inform South Kensington & Chelsea Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. 充滿夢幻少女感的彩妝品牌吉麗絲朵JILL STUART今(15)日舉辦 2017雪紡晶透無暇粉餅、晶透拋光底妝刷上市藝展，新品活動上也邀請到台灣知名彩妝師小凱老師教大家2017夏季女神裸光肌底妝，只要簡單三步驟就能輕鬆完成透出淡淡女神光采的輕薄底妝。

小凱老師受訪表示、到了夏天，底妝本來就比較容易因為悶熱潮濕而有卡粉、脫妝的現象，甚至出現浮粉、底妝上不去的問題。這次JILL STUART推出的雪紡晶透無暇粉餅，針對夏季底妝問題打造高密著鑽光粉體，能修飾肌膚凹凸不平以及膚色不均的問題，呈現宛如拋光般的原石裸光底妝，而這次的粉餅也有親膚性佳的磷脂質包覆色彩粒子，讓底妝不會有粗糙粉末感，除了輕透之外，也能夠擁有很棒的遮瑕效果。

而活動現場，小凱老師也現場示範了夏季底妝，他說、底妝最怕厚重感，如果為了遮瑕而失去原有底妝的輕盈質地，這絕對是夏季底妝的大忌，其實只要簡單三步驟就能完成女神光輕薄底妝了；底妝第一個步驟是先用晶透潤色妝前乳修飾膚色，妝前乳除了可以均勻膚色之外，也加入了高輕膚性美容油，能夠打造出具有透明感的薄膜，長時間維持肌膚透嫩感。

而小凱老師打造女神光輕薄底妝的第二步驟，就是拿出晶透拋光底妝刷，以薄量多次的方式沾上雪紡晶透無暇粉餅，霧化原本太過油亮的妝容，用獨特菱形刷頭大面積均勻上妝，同時拋光膚色才能散發出肌膚的輕透光彩。

第三個步驟則是遮瑕，這也是最重要的步驟，用晶透拋光底妝刷的尖端部分作局部遮瑕，小凱老師表示、眼周、鼻周等等細微部位也要仔細遮瑕，尤其是鼻翼部分是很多女孩會遺漏的地方，細節是呈現完美底妝的不二法寶，最後點上唇蜜，夏季女神裸光肌底妝就完成了。
